You hear a lot about the law of attraction but rarely about the law of intention and desire. Without an understanding of the mechanics that make the LOA possible, results will be mixed at best.

I really think that knowing what you want is not as cut and dry as it sounds. This is something that we really must dig deep down to fully grasp and appreciate in order to make it so!

You’re right, visualizing your goals is an important component of one’s ability to manifest that which you desire
Combine that with emotion and intent and you have the formula to make the law of attraction possible.

This is actually something I learned quite some time ago back in the mid to late 90′s while attending a Native American Indian philosophy workshop. I spent a week in the woods with 100+ people learning meditation techniques and the powers of manifestation.

It was an unbelievable time. The course was taught by Tom Brown Jr. at the Tracker school. Tom is the school founder and an amazing individual. You can give him and the school a Google if you happen to have an interest.
